While it’s not necessarily a bad idea banning “hate speech”…I have to ask: “Who gets to determine what IS hate speech?” Jesse Jackson? Yeah, right…

That would mean that all those OTHER derogatory words for ethnic/religious/gender groups would ALSO have to be banned. Even a partial list would look like this:

Kyke, chink, coon, whop, dago, Charlie, gook, honky, cracker, beaner, wet-back, bitch, lesbo, fag, limey, mick, rice-eater, donut-puncher, rug-muncher, bible-thumper, porch-monkey, kraut, commie, red, pinko, and Barbara Streisand.

Well…you get the idea. Perhaps the reason that most of intelligent society DOESN’T use those words is because most of intelligent society understands how hurtful and hateful those kind of words are…and people who DO use them, including the blacks who like to call each other “nigger”…show themselves to be the boorish ignoramus’ they are when they use them.
